Thank you for choosing Two Canoes Outfitters Company We strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand your responsibilities and our commitments.

Because we do small runs and bringing in garments can be a costly overhead- We do everything made to order and bring in the garments approximately every 4 weeks for printing. Once our garments have arrived it takes 4-5 business days to print and ship out orders. Please expect your item to ship within 4-5 weeks from purchase date. 

We understand that this is a fairly long wait time and you are anxious to get your awesome sauce new item- However, due to cross border duties and taxes we cannot keep large quantities of stock in house at the beginning stage of our small business.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

Free Shipping: Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. If such an offer is available, it will be clearly stated on our website or during the checkout process.

International Shipping: For customers residing outside of Canada, please note that you are responsible for any additional border fees, customs duties, or taxes that may apply to your order. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be your responsibility upon delivery.

Shipping Times: We aim to process and ship all orders within the date range stated on the product page. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Carriers: We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. The shipping carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Delivery Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
