Custom Nature of Products: Many of our products are custom-made or personalized to meet your unique preferences and specifications. Due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

If you are unsure of your size please see our size guide or reach out with any questions. We are happy to provide additional images, measurements or answer any fit questions you may have.

Quality Assurance: We take great care to ensure that each product meets our quality standards before it is shipped to you. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions: In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to report any issues and initiate the return process.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized products or items that have been customized according to your specifications, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.

Final Sale: All sales of non-customized, non-personalized items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
